He is usually seen wearing a sleek black jacket that is orange on the inside. The jacket has a purple emblem on the back that read's Eternal. That is his crew. Other then the jacket, he usually wear's a white T, and black pant's. And theoriginal ninja sandal's, but his are Indigo colored.
Personality: Ikki is a very upbeat, zany person, who seemingly is as eccentric as just about everyone else in the shinobi universe. He delights in eating meat, a privilege he is often deprived of in the his household. He is rash, impulsive, and determined to do everything his way, whether for good or bad, in stark contrast to his friend Mugen who is calm, timid and more focused and prefers to stay in the background. In battle, Ikki either comes off as his ordinary crazy and unpredictable personality, or his more serious, cold and steely side, which other characters have described as a rare occurrence, and as an intimidating scene. Ikki is totally hooked onto battlinganyone at any time. Ikki is a detailed oriented guy. Ikki is very calculating and could easily calculate a counter strike move after figuring out the enemy plans. Ikki is also known to have an unbreakable will. Even when the situation seems hopeless and pointless he never gives in or gives up.

Fuuton Master & Specialist: Ikki's first elemen't he ever learned was Fuuton. Not only did he get the hand of it quickly, but he had a feel for it. Of course it's common for a ninja to affiliate with their first elemen't, but this was something different fr Ikki. It is said that Ikki and the wind are one, or that Ikki is one with the wind. When Ikki uses wind jutsu, it is known to be in devestating prowess. Becauseof his Ikki can minimize the needed handseal's for a fuuon jutsu. And he can perform D-ranked without any at all. And last but not least he can perform up to S-Ranked wind with one handseal.
Body Weight's: Ikki is wearing heavy body weight's at all time's. The only time he resort's in to taking them off are in intense training and rough battle's. He wear's them all of the time now, since his training in Taijutu mastery. If he is ever to resort in taking them off in battle, his base speed double's.
Enhanced Speed & Agility: Ikki has also alway's been a Taijutsu lover. And due to his love of Taijutsu, he has gained great physical prowess. He can move and react quicker than an average shinobi of his rank, which gives him the upper hand in any taijutsu match. His speed is also increased due to his basic Taijutsu mastery.
Taijutu Master: Again Ikki show's a special love for Taijutsu. He has also creatd a form of his own, known as Kung Fu. This is a great fighting style, that is yet to be defeated. Yet Ikki is not yet satisfied with his effort's. Ikki is currently working on a new style called the Graceful Fist. And this style is affiliated with wind, of course.

Kinjutsu User: Ikki once learned a bit of Kinjutsu from a past great sensei. That sensei wen't by the name of Alucard. Though Alucard was a bit hard on Ikki, he took it. Knowing that it was for a reason. Through their work Ikki has a few trick's up his sleeve that are completely unexpected.
Will and Determination: If you were to say that Ikki had the will of fire, you'd be lying. Because it's much more than that. Ikki will give up his life, to accomplish something he think's need's to be done. He's not afraid to die. Some call him immortal, and subborn. He just doesn't fear death. His will to continue on is unbearable. They call this the Wind's Will.
Background Info.
History:
When Ikki was little, he was taken in by the Noyamano family, and looked after. (Akiza states he was a handful.) Ikki always said that he was chasing rainbows, but never actually reaching them, trying to be sure no one else would have them. That's why he always swung his fists, so he could shine brighter than anyone else. Once, he climbed to the top of a giant tower with Mugen watching in terror from the ground. At the top while being rescued by shinobi, Ikki actually bit the arm of the ninja trying to rescue him. As Ikki fell he was rescued by a giant bird, which resembled a crow. Ever since that incident, everyone said he was a "child of the wind."
