Other than that, the sharingan protects the user from all visual genjutsu, but can't protect them from genjutsu that effects the other senses like sound.
If you mean "immunity" as in "invincibility", this is not like pokemon where poison attacks won't have any effect on steel types.
As far as the actual definition goes on the other hand, the Sharingan does possess a natural resistance towards genjutsu. Often times, a Sharingan user can cancel genjutsu. This is shown when sasuke broke his genjutsu, as well as Jugo's, without actually making any physical contact.
Actually Sasuke could not break Itachi's Tsukuyomi with only his Sharingan, Sasuke had to use the curse seal to strengthen his chakra and his sharingan to break out.

Sasuke used the Curse seal to break out so he needed more power than his 3 tomoes. Also it's possible that Sasuke used the Curse seal to disrupt Itachi's chakra thus breaking the genjutsu.
And by his blood he doesn't mean only Sasuke but a pure or true Uchiha who has both the body and eyes. But then again you have to know this statement is faults, first off Itachi was pretending to be a bad guy so what bad guy goes off telling others one of their strongest jutsu's weakness? Kisame was right there so it's not like he can say oh btw he's my weaknesses. Second, Itachi didn't think Kakashi could get MS so of course he would say only a true Uchiha can beat him and Tsukuyomi. Third, Perfect Jinchuurikis weren't talked about so it's not like Kishi would make Itachi say that.
Itachi didn't know Kakashi could get MS remember? He was shocked when Kakashi knew about the going blind effect of the MS. Also Perfect Jinchuurikis weren't mentioned back then as well so I have to go with yes Kakashi with MS could break out. Remember Itachi told Sasuke to fight him when he has the same eyes (MS) as him.
sasuke has more powerful chakra than kakashi thats hw he managed to break tsukiyomi ...remember when itachi used tsukiyomi on kakashi even though he had sharingan he couldn't resist ...i dbt his mangekyo can counter others genjutsu as well
Kakashi lacks the Uchiha's physical strength, which they got from the SO6P so his 3 tomoes can't reach the potential as an Uchiha and maybe a Senju/Uzumaki. Also Sasuke was only able to break Tsukuyomi using the curse seal so he need stronger chakra than his own to strengthen his sharingan. Itachi didn't know Kakashi could get MS but MS increase the Sharingan's power a lot which is why they get side effects such as losing their sight, drain a lot of chakra and physically hurt their body. So I do think MS Kakashi could break Tsukuyomi since he was able to master Kamui to where he has.

That's why he was able to see through Itachi's genjutsu including Tsukuyomi. Feat wise, Sasuke is the most skilled at using the 3-T Sharingan in the manga.
No Madara and Obito showed they're better at using the 3 tomoe sharingan. Both were able to use a strong genjutsu to control Kurama even tho Itachi told Sasuke they needed the MS to do so. Also Sasuke needed to use the curse seal to break Tsukuyomi so he still lacked the power to break out on his own.

Actually I'm sure there's a few, Sharingan can't stop genjutsus based on sound, smell or touch. So Frog song would stop Sasuke and any other Uchiha like it did to 3 of Pain's body that each had Rinnegans. Sharingan only works on visual genjutsus.

Well Itachi thought only Uchihas could gain the MS until Kakashi so it's not like he would really know. He simply saying only a true Uchiha could gain the MS to beat him. Remember he told Sasuke he has to kill his best friend so to him that only appliedto Uchihas. Also perfect Jinchuurikis weren't around for the Tsukuyomi statement.
