Its time to rework my theory

Since it seems that Black Zetsu is transferring himself (Kaguya) to Madara. Its safe to assume he will detach from Obito or be significantly weaker.

If that does happen Naruto will be able to save his life via Jesus powers. And Obito would be fit to unleash his Double Kamui power. Possibly Susanoo but i doubt it.

There is also the possibility that Kaguya could just take over the rest of Obitos body since its basically 50% Zetsu. And they'll have to Face Both Juubidara enhanced with Kaguyas power. And Double Kamui Obito with a Kaguya boost.

Would Naruto and Sasuke even be a match for that?

regardless , if naruto restores obito's health and helps him regain consciousness , obito will be able to resist kaguya's will just like he did in the past
