true we didnt see the earth go up but its hard to think its the moon i also think it should b a lot bigger 1/3 the earth if i recall

He's doing it more quickly than Nagato surely because he's the first Rinnegan-wielder who's also having Susano'o along with Rinnegan ability.

its not chibaku tensie because he never made the earth go up from the ground and it requires to much time for that also the shinobi alliance on the ground would have been in a disarray if debris started flying up from the ground would it not have?..

Perhaps, it's not Chibaku Tensei directly. Perhaps, it's some kind of Reverse-version of it.

But I don't think it's the Moon. A moon will be much bigger and more rounded-shape.
