Anyone living in America or matter of fact alot of people in the world is getting pitch forks out for Ray Rice to get banned for LIFE But hear me out..
Ray Rice did an inexcusable thing while he was drunk No one should do what he did..
Now let's look at this in perspective since everyone wants him to be banned for life and lose his job
1. Would you guys want him to lose his job if it was him hitting another man(a frail man)? doubt it... but arent women supposed to be equal?
2. Michael Vick kilt Dogs and had them in dog fighting rigns went to jail and still plays in nfl.. but you want to ban Rice for making one mistake and knocking someone unconcious btw she forgave him ?
3. Donte Stallworth played in the Nfl and in 2009 he commited MANSLAUGHTER while driving under the influence of alchohol... He went to Jail for 30 days and in that same year he went back to playing footballl... But yet everyone wants to ban Rice.. or is it because their is no video of the accident..

Lastly Everyone knew he knocked her out but because you see a video everyone get's self righteous and takes it personally.. America is the land of 2nd chances and the man did not kill anyone or have a serious history of this why does he need to be banned from the thing he spent his life building on... He should be suspended but for life is a little harsh

(dont mention Aaron Hernandez whole difff sitch)

He's not banned for life. He is banned indefinitely, he could be reinstated next season or maybe late in this year. The last thing he needs right now is football. He needs to work on his relationship.

Most people didn't want Vick back in the league. Same with Stallworth. Or Ray Lewis, who killed a man. America isn't the land of second chances unless you're rich

I say No, that is my opinion. I think they did the right thing. They handled the situation fine. The organization in charge of the mike vic thing, and the other crimes did not. Two separate events, and controllers of said events handled them differently. Yes i question the organizations that failed to deliver justice to the others, BUt I Think the Ravens did the right thing, and the other events should not relegate a specific out come to this current one.

Plus he can fight this ban. It was settle that he had a 2 game ban before they put in the new domestic violence rule in. Also I believe he is a first time accuser, meaning he should only get a 6 game ban by the NFL.

First time accuser get's a 6 game ban.

The 2nd time you are ban indefinitely. Which is probably a year. Like most indefinite bans in the NFL.

But he should take this year off and focus on getting better as a person.

I said this because there is talk of no team should even consider hiring him or giving him a contract
