Yes Hashi was the strongest shinobi but that does
not mean that he surpasses bijju's Chakra
Infact Naruto.also defeated Kyuubi but it also doesn't mean
that Naruto is greater than kyuubi

Well yeah, Bijuu's have the juubi's chakra split into nine and the juubi had near-infinite chakra

Hashirama might be the strongest but he's still human and has his limits.
