1. Frieza still got Oro'd in the end. For all of that stuff, Frieza became an afterthought in mere moments in every last timeline by the time 17 & 18 surfaced. By the time Cell arrived, he didn't even matter in the least. Oro'd.
2. Madara's agenda is a permanent end to conflict. While it's something akin to peace, his agenda is more of a "peace by complete domination" standard. You can stop trying to lump Madara in with Nagato and Obito. And even at that, the lengths to which Madara has gone to make MT a reality kind of does say "evil". Using ppl for his own ends, not to mention callously kill/mortally wound ppl who either get in his way or just on a whim while cracking jokes about it says otherwise.
that's not evil. That's just a weapon running with no other agenda than to just simply destroy. How is that evil? There wasn't anything methodical about it's/his agenda other than to do simply that: destroy. Cell was more evil than that because at least he wanted to test himself against the strongest beings the universe had to offer and not just destroy stuff because it was within sight lol. I didn't say Madara was #1 for sure, what i said was that he'd be in my Top 5. For someone to be considered evil imo, there has to be an intent to do evil. Being ruled by a base desire to just destroy stuff makes Buu no more evil imo than any timeline's version of 17 & 18.
