Wasn't that just about how Itachi was in Madara's place as the older brother? Can you give the chapter and page where Itachi said that? I think it's possible that Tobi is Izuna back from the dead or an unknown Uchiha, he might even be the Rikudo Sennin.Unfortunately it could be many, many chapters before we get to the point of finding out Tobi's true identity....
