It's not that Minato is stronger than the SO6P that he was able to hit Tobi. It's because Minato just so happen to be the only one who can possibly be able to hit him in the 1st place.



Think about it. Who else has the abilities to be able to hit Tobi? Just because Minato was able to land a hit on Tobi doesn't make him stronger than SO6P. The weakest Akatsuki member Konan was able to hit Tobi but that doesn't change the fact she's not even top 15.



If Tobi had used Izanagi against Minato he'd be dead right now. U_U

Not true. Tobi could have came back and warped Minato away as he tried to seal the nine tails. It's all a plot device win if you ask me. If Tobi had to sacrifice a sharigan to erase Minato's seal and kick his ass worth it if you ask me.
