Hashirama was the reincarnation of the Younger Son of the Sage.

Firstly, the strong life force, the body and the strong physical energy is known to be a part of an every Senju, while the Uchiha are the contrast. Hashirama and Madara were just the maximum of their clan, what doesn't speak for them being reincarnations of the sages sons. They all care powers that were left by the sages sons, who became their powers from Rikudo Sennin.

Like I said, Hashirama is the only one who can create a living thing with his chakra. Obito's body is made out of Hashirama's cells, the Gedo Mazou catalyzed Hashirama's cells, the Zetsu's are fake copies of Hashirama!

Madara went after Hashirama's cells when he could have ambushed any other Senju, but he fought Hashirama to gain his DNA!

Well, eh, Tobirama was brought under full control because of Hashiramas DNA Orochimaru strengthened his body with, so what has this to do with the topic, how does it imply that only his DNA give you access to the Rinnegan?

He also fought Hashirama for the purpose of determination. At this point, he also gained his DNA; as his DNA was the strongest and could give you access to the Mokuton, too, one who could get access to Hashiramas DNA, wouldn't take another. But still, this doesn't imply that Hashiramas DNA is needed for the Rinnegan, this is nowhere implied.

Madara clearly stated "Senju DNA" Not "Hashirama's DNA". The only reason Mokuton had vitality properties was because of Yoton which gives vitality.
