So I just found out that the Neutralizer is basically Fan fiction. Thats just so unbelievable to me. The people of NB actually created a fake jutsu and declared that a Prime Hiruzen+Neutralizer is more powerful than ALL the Hokages. So the point of this thread is for me to ask the ones responsible for spreading this lie, Did you know it was a lie? Were You trolling? And will you change your ways now? Btw how weak does Hiruzen look if his fanbase has to create a jutsu for him? Seriously Hiruzen fans your just making him look bad and you shouldn't because he did this

The clasping of Hiruzen's hands indicates a jutsu.
