im pretty sure getting your eyes ripped out is permanent damage, unless he got a pair of normal or extra eyes, which he didnt. as for itachi still having his eyes, he had them before he died. sasuke got them after death.

And that is why Madara frequently rips out his bad eyes from Izanagi or something else, and plops a new one right in xd

yes, but it takes time for the disease to act up. besides, edo tensei can heal injuries remember? either the disease just hasnt effected him or edo tensei is just constantly healing him from the disease

Nagato's normal body took awhile to be "complete". But then it came back to normal. His red hair returned and looks healthier.
