I mean Kaguya wasn't the only option kishi had to kill off Madara.

Team 7 could have worked together and beat him , all they had to do is that naruto and sasuke touch madara so that he can be sealed!

Kishi WANTED Kaguya to appear he purposely wanted her to be revived . Im telling u guys Team 7 could have beaten Madara . So all those saying Kaguya was revived because kishi didn't know how to kill Madara is nonsense

Kaguya was a last minute thing... Kishi comfirmed it in Comic Con. If he wanted her to appear he should have a way to do it way before the last 15-20 chapters of the series. She only had 10 chapters to get intronduced and defeated. That's not normal you know...

They aint beating madara, madara had 3 rinnegans, 4 limbos that can use PS, figured out how ameno works to a surprise attack with ameno aint happenening besides (they will fight in avatar forms) madara would have a juubi susano enhanced with rikudou senjutsu + 4 limbo with PS + a country sized shinsuu senjuu, wood golems/dragons and all, they can't defeat madara, and madara can limbo switch or shinra tensei anytime he is close to getting tagged, inorder for him to defeat madara he would have to nerf him beyond what he already did

That doesn´t prove much. "Towards the end of the series" is extremely vague - depending how one looks at it, at least the whole war could be described with that term.

Remember that Kishi was throwing around terms like "The story is at its climax"; "The final battle begins!" etc. both in interviews and the manga itself ever since the war was declared.

We know for sure he didn´t think up Kaguya right before she actually appeared because she was first introduced quite a bit earlier when Obito created the fake Shinju and Madara explained its origin.
