It's not a wood-clone or a regular Kage bunshin, the reason being simple, Madara can smell a clone a mile away, the fact the he says "what a shame" after he stabs him means that it's not a clone. Madara is seeing the real Sasuke, but it could be Genjutsu of some sort, or a new tech that Hashirma gave him.
But the fact that Hashirama said Sasuke could win over Madara without force means that Hashirama and Sasuke have planned this, and Sasuke is in no danger. I think the new tech could have something to do with Izuna, i have a strange feeling about the next chapter.

its probably tsukuyomi, the sasuke will probably change to look like izuna next chapter to see if madara feels guilt.
