Is he Kabuto and Karin cannot recognize his new augmented chakra? I don't think so, it would still have some familiarity to it. Is it an Edo Tensei? I think it is, crackly barefoot man could the So6P but that would be over the top. Personally and I have no basis for this belief, it is Izuna. The only major character that has not made an appearance. But who would be the Edo Tensei caster? I don't know..

i thought base level Edo Tensei brought people back at the age they were killed. only kabuto new a different way to super charge it. wouldn't he be a little kid if it was him? or if i'm wrong clear it up for me..
Maybe he didn't get a good look at him or something? It would make sense for the shadow to be Izuna, since he's like one of the onyl major characters we haven't truly seen in action yet.
