[Discussion] Its kinda funny when you think about this

After watching some of the older stuff and seeing people compliment Luffy and saying how he is doing the impossible by throwing Arlong around and saying stuff like "How is a human even able to do that" and that sort of shit.It was basicly done alot at the start to hype Luffy up.

Then we fast forward and you see all these monsters that could decimate all of Luffy's opponent in a second xD

Quite the turn around

In grand line theres monsters .thats why they hyped grandline and ehp go there a lot

Even though there are normal/weak people live there

No, I don't think so. In East Blue people barely even know whar Devil Fruits were. So besides some specific people, many wouldn't know as what else is out there. Like when Mihawk fought Zoro, some people (even from don krieg pirate) were hyping 'the pirate hunter Zoro' and were actually skeptical about the result of fight, but the result should have been this shows that the people there don't really know what the Grand line holds.
But still, one way or another, Luffy's hype would have been and needs to done.)
