It's starts to rain excessively and profusely, your umbrella being flung away and tossed into the sky, large amounts of water causing floods all throughout the neighborhood. The lights go out, water began to leek through your floors and ceilings. It's a hurricane, but not a normal hurricane. One caused by a massive tornado heading straight towards you, the biggest ever seen on the planet. Lightning ripples through it's form as it dices up even the ground itself, travelling at an alarming speed directly towards you. Vehicles of all kind are rendered useless in the face of this storm, and even under ground retreat and natural disaster protection collapses and is destroyed. You have no where to run or hide and nothing to help you escape or protect yourself. You have no superhuman abilities of any kind. You're just a normal human being with little to no luck at all.
