If you don't see how the guy responsible for Infinite Tsukuyomi and resurrecting his demonic creator to destroy the world is a villain then there is nothing I can do to convince you otherwise.
How does that make him a villain, though? He was just the semen lackey. Kaguya was the actual villain. Fooling the world just to revive a villain and show that you are nothing more than said villain's lackey doesn't make you a villain, imo.
