List of what may happen:
1) Madara -> *** change (has happened)
2) Naruto + Sasuke fight Kaguya using their powers from the SOT6P
3) They fail to defeat Kaguya
4) Kakashi is killed
5) Sakura is seriously wounded
6) Naruto uses Talk no Jutsu on Kaguya
7) Whilst Sasuke uses that technique Hashirama gave him to control Madara or bind him to a jutsu since now he has wood release
8) This jutsu would have an affect on Kaguya since it's technically madara's body.
9) Madara's conscious will kick in and fight kaguya for the body.
10) Madara comes back, but he's different.
11) IT is release and to repay for his sins Madara uses Rinne Tensei to revive those who have died in the IT due to extreme chakra exhaustion, and also Kakashi.
12) Everyone lives happily ever after.
13) Kishimoto is murdered the next morning by naruto/sasuke fans/haters because there was no final fight
