It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Some things you should know about this jutsu: "Sharingan is useless against this. Although a strong wind technique can blow the mist away. The technique is not instant, it may take a while to form so keep it in mind while planning in the fight."

"Ewwwwww a Kiri move, Hahahaha" Sora laughs as he points at his headband. "Ah ok then down to business."
Sora then concentrates on the puddle he made just a couple of moments ago and begins to condentsent(I think that's the right word) the water from within the puddle creating a mist.
"Ok there we go, but it's not thick enough I can see you so I know you can see me, well I'll do it from my mouth then, Kirikage no jutsu!"
Sora stands there in the mist with his Knees bent and mouth open concentrating on the suiton chakra from within himself after a while mist starts coming out of his mouth making it thicker and denser.
"Anduril sensei , was that good enough? I can't see you, but can you see me?"

Sora spits out some water and lets fall to the ground, he then looks at his sensei who just gives him a dull look :| Sora takes a quick step back, before he can get hit again.
"Okokok before you hit me again I can do it right! Watch!"
Sora spits out more water and before it all falls to the ground like last time sora forms it to a sword quickly.
"And this can cut into people? Interesting. Ok time the shield."
Sora releases his water chakra into his arms and out into his pours again to form a shield.
"I like it. Can I make a helment?"

Minato claps together his hands and spits out humongous amounts of water which covers the entire plain before him, so that minato now stands atop a water surface.
"Yes for the Next jutsu make a shark (made up of water) to appear from below the water surface and try to make it hit me. Remember that the range is short."

For this jutsu you need to do 3 seals.
*Makes the Rat seal*
*Makes the dog seal*
*Makes the Ox seal*
Then releasing your chakra into a nearby water source create a whip from it, which you can then use as a weapon. Alternatively you can try creating a whip simply from the water in the air.

When Minato spits out his water Sora immediately concentrates chakra into his feet so he won't fall. After listening to his sensei's instructions he walks closer to his sensei's and then he concentrates on his suiton chakra eventually a shark purely made of water launches its self out of the water and towards Minato.
2.
After Sora performs the previous Jutsu he makes the Rat ----> Dog ----> Ox concentrating on his Suiton Chakra Sora then dips his arms in the water and as then raises he holds a whip of water.

Ok for this jutsu concentrate your chakra in your gut and make the seals Ram → Tiger. After that increase your chakra density, changing the properties of the water which your form making it sticky after which you will need to spit it out in the form of a steady stream of sticky liquid.
