How was that not a feat of speed. He did it at the last second before contact was made. He made that gesture in the fraction of of a second he need that ay wouldn't have time to counter. That is a feat of speed. its an undeniable fact.

Thats my point about speed and teleportation going hand in hand.
That's reflexes dude.

Reflexes.......are a part of speed. And even so you can't even whole hearted call a conscious tactical move leading into and opening to decapitate your enemy...Reflexes

Ok, so Minato was feared for his teleportation/speed. Teleportation is a nice ability, it let one move from 1 point to another without traveling trough the physical space between them, now sasuke teleported, what happens next,

sasuke is now at this base speed and he is attacking naruto, did he caught naruto off guard with his speed or did naruto quick reflexes helped him dodged sasuke attack, this is what it comes down to.

teleportation is nice and all but if you can dodge it, what's the point.

There is also one thing we can consider, the speed of naruto flying, Is it similar to his foot speed or his it even faster.

Madara/obitio has dodge teleportation jutsu in the past, but he was never acknowledge as fast for doing this, but here is a god who compliments naruto on his speed/reflexes. it makes one think.

There is also another possibility, the time it may takes for sasuke to get from point A-B with his teleportation can also be the time it takes for naruto to get there also.

for ex.

here we see naruto and sasuke at roughly the same distance.

naruto was running and sasuke teleported.

but when sasuke teleported , naruto was already at the enemy,

sasuke may not be near the enemy, but just because he was not near the enemy, does that mean that he is still faster than naruto? he was faster to get to that spot of course, but I would like your opinion on the matter.
