Well he is indeed very fast, as for the fastest I have no clue. I can't say if he is faster than sasuke, but i also can't say he isn't. I would like to believe that he is but until sasuke and Naruto fight we will not know.

I wonder about Sasuke too but the more i read the more im convinced sasuke's ability is a teleportation jutsu so that doesn't really count. Sasuke failed to dodge Kaguya snatching out of a world when naruto did just that multiple times last chapter.

Long story short Sasuke doesnt have the reflexes to back up the claim that he is faster than Naruto.

when Kaguya is there to whoop your ass, it doesnt matter if it is teleportation or normal speed.

ok do i need to go find the scan displaying Minato's absolutely devastating speed to you? Without his Hiraishin? If you're slow but can teleport it is a waste of an ability because if you cant move faster than your opponent then you cant teleport faster than they can hit you. Facts. Obito is not slow, Minato is most definately not slow, Tobirama is not slow, Shisui better not be slow or it solos this comment though i think he wasn't lol cant say for sure.

Edit: I doubt everyone realized how fast Minato was. Probably only the people the people like Hiruzen and Ay and such.

I dont think so. Even the big teleporters were fast. Im not saying sasuke is slow. Im saying he just can't keep up with Naruto. Naruto's sensor abilities are a boost to his reflexes but sasuke's dojutsu should make up for that. I just dont think if it came not down to it sasuke could out speed naruto. And with his sensor abilities Sasuke's teleportation ability since that is what it appears to be may become a moot point in the fight.

He just threw his FTG kunai's for FTG that's not base speed only time he used his speed(shunshin) was when Obito was about to kill Naruto. And you also said teleportation doesn't count then FTG doesn't count as speed.

How was that not a feat of speed. He did it at the last second before contact was made. He made that gesture in the fraction of of a second he need that ay wouldn't have time to counter. That is a feat of speed. its an undeniable fact.

Thats my point about speed and teleportation going hand in hand.
