It's finally here!

Final Fantasy XV is here. Just picked up my copy and am waiting on the patch to download. Anybody else pick one up yet? If so how are you liking it? I played both demos and loved it, and as a huge fan of the series I've been waiting for this since the moment I saw the first screenshot.
This game will either make or break Square, and possibly JRPGs as a viable genre outside of Japan, so it's got a hell of a lot of expectations to live up to. So far the reviews have been pretty good overall, though I was hoping to see others rate it better. I'll probably love it either way.

I've stayed away from everything, I even scrolled directly down on the reviews so I can just see the scores and nothing else lol I'm getting it for ps4

That's kinda what I've gathered from some reviews. Which is kinda sad if so, cause the story has always been my main draw towards the series. Its taking forever for it to install for me though

I wish I had the mental fortitude to do that lol. But so far ive only watched their official trailers and a few monster hunts since those are sidequests. Just scrolling by and i already got a glimpse of who the final boss is. Didnt want to see that already.

I usually don't but I've been playing these since I was a kid and the series was on snes so it was pretty easy lol after 13 I've been pumped to see how they address 13's major flaws. And that sucks you already saw the final villain

That's why I'm not buying it right now. I'll wait for the price to drop. But the concept they went with for the storyline...You will laugh a bit. Far better than How Naruto ended since they both used the same certain concept.

Im enjoying it ALOT. I pre-ordered it months ago and i've been waiting for years. FFFXV has that Game of the year stinch on it. Im calling it.
