After reading the last chapters including today's chapter, i discovered that Naruto became the strongest Ninja in NV, he became smarter, he became able to perfectly control his new chakra, and he has the biggest amount of chakra since he can use unlimited Toad Senjutsu with the Bijuu power and kurama's power, he increased his personal chakra, he is Sensory type, can't be effected by Genjutsu, he mastered Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, he can use the Six Paths sealing technique, he can create new strong techniques while fighting, he uses S-Rank and Forbidden-Rank techniques without harming himself, He can absorb chakra...
Other than that, he can win physical fights, but the most important thing, he can win the battle of heart and emotions.

Naruto isn't the strongest yet, He still haven't fully mastered his powers and neither did Sasuke. Naruto is compared to Hashirama while Sasuke is compared to Madara so yes Naruto will surpass Hashirama one day. Naruto only have power on that level but he still new to it all. Naruto can be affected to genjutsus but Kurama can break him out of any one he's caught into. Kurama is said to have near limitless chakra when Full kurama and Yang Kurama showed power greater than 5 Bijuus put together so Yes Naruto has the strongest power after SO6P and Juubito but he still new at these powers.

Naruto does have the potential of become the strongest Ninja in NV and that's with his Shadow clone training. If he trains with 200 clones a day (this is just using his chakra like he did learning rasenshuriken) for 5 years then it's the same of training for 1,000 years so when you add KM then it would be even more clones which greatens the result of the training.
