Yes, and the Shintenshin no Jutsu is "Art of the Valentine" in the Viz, which is completely different to the literal meaning. The head translator for Naruto at Viz, Morimoto, admitted they alter the text to suit the American audience. Ftg can cover infinite distant instantly
Shunsin doesn't require marking though it can't cover distance like ftg. So its more or less is same.
