Minato > Obito. He also trained Kakashi, who then later went on to train sasuke.

Kakashi > Sasuke.

Also another fact : the evil student always overpowers his master and kills him xd . (eg : all of them got killed by their students : minato,jiraiya, hiruzen,kakashi(he was almost killed) ]

In this case, everyone counts. We could also count jiraiya, minato, and hiruzen as fodder since they are not main characters, but they are important the main character naruto just like konoha 11 are.

1st Hokage-DANZO, Hiruzen, and the girl i think
Hiruzen-OROCHIMARU, Jiraiya, and Tsunade
Jiraiya- Minato, the otehr two are unknown, we dont know who turned evil
Also- NAGATO, Yahiko, and konan
Minato-OBITO, Kakashi, and Rin
Kakashi- SASUKE, Naruto and Sakura
