Since Itachi had mangekyou much longer than kakashi, he's asking him how bad his own is...

It says eyes then says body. Maybe thats where the damage goes instead because Kakashi's eye have never hurt but his body always runs down and he doesn't grab his eye in pain like Sasuke and Itachi. He's not going blind I've read this before.

Ive always said this but never really took my time. Anyway i was doing a bit of research on kamui, although i know what the databook description in words i never took my time to look for the databook chapter until today, because i was forced to thanks to this thread;

Anyway the databook chapter has confirmed the rule kishi has stated in the manga in relation to the ms. I know people keep saying because kakashi isnt an uchiha he wouldnt suffer the same faith or because his sharingan is implanted its like an ems, yet the manga has said an ms user once the ms is activated your eyes slowly descent into darkness and the more you use it the more you increase the process;

Yes , It Can Be True Because All The Mangekyou Sharingan Users ( Madara Uchiha , Sasuke Uchiha except Kakashi ) Have Gone Blind Due To The Overuse Of Mangekyou Sharingan. Even Itachi Was Near Blindness When He Died.

The use of MS will definitely make him blind as is the nature of sharingan irrespective of user. But it won't be in near future, it would happen long after the war. And as shown in manga Tobi has hundreds of eyes stored, so maybe Kakashi will get a new eye.

true, but kakashi uses it very sparingly, and i think the way kakashi has honed it it's much less taxing than say susanoo. Itachi used his ms for at least 8 years before going blind, Kakashi can use it for longer. And he can always not use his ms if he starts getting blind, he doesn't rely on kamui at all.

There are a lot of sharingans with tobi. Kakashi and even all konoha 11 can use them.
