Orochimaru is immortal, has replicated Mangekyo Sharingan alongside Sage Mode within a few decades, and has been mastering/inventing a ton of jutsus. What's wrong with the assumption that he'd be viewed as mythical when considering this fact?

If Orochimaru had a series, I think it'd be some DBZ-type series where he eventually has to confront the O's King to protect the planet as the only one powerful enough.
