It's all a ploy from Naruto to get to Sasuke's hand

We know that even if Naruto could have killed Sasuke, he never would have. His first objective is to save all his friends that are trapped in IT. he needs Sasuke's hand to do so.
He is just getting Sasuke tired so he can overpower him and get to his hand and release IT. Being "tired" and beaten is just a ploy and next chapter he will get Sasuke's hand and Release IT.
