So, we can say that all started because of some family dispute.
Lil Hago & Hamu: Mummy Mummy! Can we play outside Plz!
Kaguya: Alright Hago & Hamu you are allowed to play outside with your friends but do NOT share Chakra with them! Otherwise I have to punish you. :3
Hago & Hamu: Alright Mum we won't!

Later on .. Noboru shows his ''new Powers'' to everybody & even shares them .. It spreads around like fire! Few years passes away Mother of Noboru & co. are going to complain at Kaguyas house because they noticed something strange with their kids. Then ...
Kaguya: What did I told you guys! ''Power Level Raises, Hair raises, Byakugan activates'' Mother turns into Juubi.
Hag: Aww shet! Now we have to deal with her!
Hamu: It's all your fault! I told you back then to not share anything with anybody! Duh now we have to seal her away god damnit.
Hago: Chill! I'm sure it won't be that bad if Mother chills a bit in the Moon! She will calm down I guess.

But before She got sealed completely She ''gives Birth'' to another Child (BZ) & tells him, you are the perfect child of mine! Unlike Hago & Hamu, you'll obey & more important, you won't share any Chakra with anyone! :'((((
