Alright but keep in mind you use that to your advantage. One can add wind to a fire jutsu to make it stronger, also sometimes if a fire jutsu clashes with a water jutsu it could create steam depending on the rank of the jutsus used.
Alright we can start with the techniques now.

I inhale deeply while gathering a great deal of chakra within my lungs and then use nature manipulation to convert the chakra into fire creating three Katon fireballs and firing them at the clone which is running up towards me to strike me with a physical blow, I jump and aim, and focus my aim on the incoming target and fire all of them at once towards the clone. Manipulating each of them towards his abdomen, legs and the face.

I want you to throw several shurikens at my clone. Once you have done that release fire from your mouth and onto the shurikens inflaming them. The fire adds more power to the shurikens and they should be able to strike my clone and also burn him causing more damage.

As rigardo closely follows the instructions of his senpai, Rigardo grabs a handful of shurikans from his back pockets, and throws them aiming at towards the clone, at the same time gathering a great amount of chakra within the lungs and releasing in the form of fire towards the shurikans which instantly ignites the moving shurikans. For the next technique I want you to perform four hand seals and then gather a good amount of chakra in your lungs. Once you've done that release a flammable gas from your mouth. Once it comes in contact with fire or sparks, the gas ignites into a large fireball striking your opponent. A lot of people see this technique as useless but it's not. Let me give you an example.
I want you to read this technique:
(Katon: Goen Rasengan) - Fire Style: Flame Rasengan
When your opponent is heading towards you in a attempt to strike you with the flame rasengan, you could release the gas at him and once it makes contact with the flame rasengan it would bursts into a fireball striking your opponent. Do you understand?
( Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu ) - Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique

I closely follow my sensei's instructions, clearing my mind of all useless thoughts and taking a deep breath I start performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Tiger, After doing thar I gather a good amount of chakra within my lungs, then I release a flammable gas from my mouth, once done I release a ignited matchstick in the gas as I Jump back and watch a explosion take place.

Then inhale air as you gather fire chakra and then release from your mouth a large fireball after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger. Alright with this technique you have two options, you can either release a gigantic ball of flames that only travels up to short range or release a smaller fireball which would travel up to mid range, you're choice. Strike my clone with the technique.

It's really hard to come up with advantages of this tech, since it's mainly a simple tech. For mid-short range use, other then it ignites externally, creating a large ball of gigantic flame which can pretty much ignite and burn down people closing in on mid-short range.

I can mainly use a C rank water based tech to counter this jutsu, basically C rank water techs like the suiton: water bullet or water style: water shockwave, naturally the element is inferior to suiton, any higher based rank tech of suiton can overcome this jutsu.

First of all I erase my mind of all useless thoughts and ease my mind, while gathering a great deal of chakra, I perform the required hand seals for the jutsu, as following Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, then I take a deep breath and inhale the air until my lungs are full, making a loop by my index and thumb finger, I blow, exhaling all the air and converting my chakra into Katon, and realising it into a from of a gigantic ball of flames, directing the flames towards the clone my Senpai set, instantly burning the target.

Next I want you to take out a lighter and switch it on. You'll then throw in the ground in front of you and then gather some chakra which you will then send onto the lighter. This will cause the flame to grow into a wall of fire, large enough to block attacks, like taijutsu, tools etc etc. Remember that this wall is large enough to cover you which blocks your vision which can be an advantage and disadvantage. So be careful when you use this technique.

Can be used at a safe distance against taijustu users, it's a close ranged tech so it's more then efficient against up close and personal kinda enemies Lel
2.
The tech overall doesnt have many creative advatages i can't practically think off other then I can use the tech to block incoming projectiles and confuse my enemy by blocking the vision in between us. And gain distance between my enemy to prepare my next moves against my opponent, whilst distraction. And can give me a variable advantage givin the situation.

The tech can be countered using higher ranked suiton related techs, can overcome the jutsus efficieny and smother the surrounding flames down.
2.
I don't know other then an obvious one, well basically the jutsu blocks the path of vision between me AND the enemy, so we can both gain an equal advantage, or disadvantage. Depending on the situation.
Strategies and combinations:
I can combing the tech with wind, flowing them across the flames, increasing their intensity and heat, and effectiveness as well as their size. Which gives me variable advantage, giving the opponent more diffuclity or time to overcome the tech with a similar ranked C tech. Using the flames to surround enemies who use taijustu to attack me, and surround them in flames, smothering their vision, then using and prepare a stronger jutsu within the interval to finish off my opponent after emerging within or out from the flames.
How you would counter it:
I can smooth down the flames, using C ranked water techs to cool and control the flames.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
As instructed by my Senpai, I put my left hand in my pocket and reveal a fancy lighter
and light it up and throw it towards the ground. I then gather Katon chakra and manipulating it towards the lighter, as soon as my chakra hits the lighter it ignites into a large flame and creating wall of fire.

It can be deemed useful against opponents who are mid air, I can manipulate the flow of the fireballs in circles until it strikes them, trapping the enemy within a loop of fire.
2.
It can be combined with a wind tech to increase its overall efficieny and destructive capacity. Wind itself feeds the flames if used in conjunction with wind based techs. Overall giving the jutsu more power whatsoever.
Two disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1.
A higher ranked water tech can overcome the jutsu and efficient C rank techs, like the water style tornado (C rank tech), which can overcome the jutsus abilities by creating a barrier of water around them and smother the flame and fireballs down, so in simple terms, water based techs can overcome its ability.

I can combine the jutsus with Futon, increasing the inferno of the flames themselves, feeding the flames and making it harder and time worthy for my opponent to overcome their power, I can also use it against opponents in close quarters to make them loose their footing while dashing towards me in a straight manner. And also making a ring around my opponent, then leaping in the air and using a higher tech jutsu on my enemy.
How you would counter it:
I can use the water dragon tornado or any high caliber water tech to overcome the flames.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
As my Senpai instructs, I ease my mind and erase it from all useless thoughts, I perform the tiger hand seal, and gather a great amount of Katon chakra, I suddenly exhale from the top of my lungs and relase it via a stream of fire and manipulating them into a ring around my enemy, surrounding the clone, then use the gale palm sending a huge gush of wind towards the flames creating an inferno, striking the clone and burning it.

Can be used at a safe distance against taijustu users, it's a close ranged tech so it's more then efficient against up close and personal kinda enemies Lel

The tech overall doesnt have many creative advatages i can't practically think off other then I can use the tech to block incoming projectiles and confuse my enemy by blocking the vision in between us. And gain distance between my enemy to prepare my next moves against my opponent, whilst distraction. And can give me a variable advantage givin the situation.
Two disadvantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1.
The tech can be countered using higher ranked suiton related techs, can overcome the jutsus efficieny and smother the surrounding flames down.
2.
I don't know other then an obvious one, well basically the jutsu blocks the path of vision between me AND the enemy, so we can both gain an equal advantage, or disadvantage. Depending on the situation.
Strategies and combinations:
I can combing the tech with wind, flowing them across the flames, increasing their intensity and heat, and effectiveness as well as their size. Which gives me variable advantage, giving the opponent more diffuclity or time to overcome the tech with a similar ranked C tech. Using the flames to surround enemies who use taijustu to attack me, and surround them in flames, smothering their vision, then using and prepare a stronger jutsu within the interval to finish off my opponent after emerging within or out from the flames.

I can smooth down the flames, using C ranked water techs to cool and control the flames.
How you perform it (with as much detail as you can):
As instructed by my Senpai, I put my left hand in my pocket and reveal a fancy lighter
and light it up and throw it towards the ground. I then gather Katon chakra and manipulating it towards the lighter, as soon as my chakra hits the lighter it ignites into a large flame and creating wall of fire.Two advantages (no obvious ones, be creative):
1.
It can be deemed useful against opponents who are mid air, I can manipulate the flow of the fireballs in circles until it strikes them, trapping the enemy within a loop of fire.
2.
It can be combined with a wind tech to increase its overall efficieny and destructive capacity. Wind itself feeds the flames if used in conjunction with wind based techs. Overall giving the jutsu more power whatsoever.

A higher ranked water tech can overcome the jutsu and efficient C rank techs, like the water style tornado (C rank tech), which can overcome the jutsus abilities by creating a barrier of water around them and smother the flame and fireballs down, so in simple terms, water based techs can overcome its ability.

Alright so I want you to grab a kunai and attach a cord to it. I want you to throw it at a random tree while you hold onto the other end of the cord. Then perform the Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger hand seals and gather fire chakra. Once you do all of that release from you mouth a stream of fire that quickly travels through the cord. When the stream hits the tree make it erupt into a maelstrom of fire.

After you do that perform the tiger hand seal and release from your mouth a flame breath that can be used with Earth Dragon Bullet to make the projectiles really hot causing more damage. If you know earth release use it in combination with the fire tech if not that's okay.
