[Theory] Its a Summon? 592 Theory

On Page #13 we can see that Sasuke is opening the scroll, but people are failing to recognise something, though this may not be true. I have a theory that this scroll is used for summoning, and this special summon could be someone very important?

Go to the Right middle Panel and look at what Sasuke says:
''This is it... < meaning he will continue his sentence''

Now look at the last panel on the Right he says:
The One..who knows everything... < Continuing from the Last sentence​

So I'm guessing this Scroll is to summon a certain someone? Who would this person be, it couldn't be Orochimaru could it? I think it has to be an Uchiha. Or someone that knows everything about this, but who?​

i don't think it was meant to be taken literal. I think that's what they call themselves and also because hawks are their summons.

i think he will summon hashirama or more probable rikudo sennin himself, isn't it kinda ironic that how juubi got summoned and in that same "moment" "rikudo sennin gets summoned" and will stop the juubi again? this is just a small theory of mine
