It's A Safe Assumption That No Physical Attack Can Kill Madara

Gai's kick was probably the largest show of central, physical force we've seen in the series. And while it harmed Madara, it did not manage to kill him and only destroyed half his body.

Therefore, it's safe to assume no physical attack Naruto and Sasuke will deal will have much success. Most likely, he'll be defeated by having his powers stripped.
