You are right, they are facts, but they were present above 200 chapters earlier when Tobi explained everything to Sasuke. What I mean is that members of your kind keep repeating them over and over which obviously became boring. And I am not talking about Itachi only, but threads concerning this matter about him are in majority.

What the ones who know everything are telling Sasuke, what's a clan, a village. Itachi knew from witnessing a war at four that there shouldn't be war, if the clans got on along, but he was put in a bad situation cause he was born a Uchiha. Who were thought to be evil it contradicted what he wanted now he had to kill his clan for the peace of the village. you know smart enough to know how to protect yo own village.

so he learned from his hardships of life! Unlike other characters, Itachi bounced back from the situation at a younger age, which is what made him mentally strong. This is how I perceived the whole "Hokage Wisdom" statement and I think people misunderstood the statement. Itachi understood the walks of life, unlike other members of his clan and children at this age, so I wouldn't say this makes him better than anyone else.

Yea look at Gaara he bounced back too after he experience hardship in life. And he Gained the wisdon and became the Kazekage of his village.

Exactly! Garra went similar lessons, which is what made his stronger! However, unlike Itachi, Garra is apart of such a powerful/historical clan.

He said ''EVERY'' jutsu, there's no where stated that he said that he only knew the weaknesses of his own clan, it's pretty obvious that he knew them because he uses them himself, but Itachi has also shown us that he was able to find weaknesses in other characters jutsu.
