No he can't. The moment he use tsukyomi he feels its drawbacks too like eye's bleeding, dizziness. So first he has to recover 4rm it b4 being able to use amaterasu or tsukyomi again.

this. plus, the effect tsukuyomi would have on someone with a greater will than kakashi or a 12-year old sasuke is questionable to say the least, no doubt it will cause a lot of distress, but itachi can't force much past 3 days, and since kakashi was able to resist its effects for a while, i'm confident that ninjas with lots of stamina and willpower can tank it (with still severe effects of course)

The mangekyo sharingan is what Itachi needs to use for Tsukuyomi, not 3 tomoe, that should be common sense. Kishi just didn't show Itachi's mangekyo when he fought Kakashi.

tell me the you know itachi can't force it past 3 days? was that ever stated in the manga?


or are you seriously bringing up that part 1 fight with kakashi as your basis?

if so tell me do you really believe itachi intended on killing kakashi there? really? do you believe he had any motive what so ever to make it anymore than 3 days.... 3 days already put the poor guy with severe mental damage and a coma for 2 weeks + ...
