[Theory] Itachis Tsukiyomi is effective on Jinchuurikis

The Tsukiyomi Realm:

Back in part 1, in the kakashi-vs-itachi-fight, we got the information that itachi can use time-manupuliation within the tsukiyomi realm. it was stated that 1 second in the real world equals 72 hours in tsukiyomi. Kakashi became a victim of this.

Jinchuurikis can fall for genjutsu:

in the fight against killer bee, sasuke tried to put him into a genjutsu, which seemed to work. however, gyuuki undid the genjutsu on bee a few moments later and made wake him up. Still, this implies that jinchuurikis can fall for genjutsu, but they always have someone to wake them up.

Furthermore Edo Itachi tried to use mere sharingan-genjutsu on bee (itachi met him for the first time, so we can assume that he didnt know, that bee was a jin). again, bee fell for it and was free'ed by gyuuki.

putting 2 and 2 together:

as i mentioned before, bee wasnt free'ed from the genjutsu immidiately. there was a small time gap between him falling for the genjutsu and getting free'ed from it.
so imagine if itachi uses tsukiyomi on a jinchuuriki, it would take the bijuu like half a second (or w.e.) to free its host from the genjutsu. but nevertheless, the half of a second would still make up 36hours of tsukiyomi, which is still a torture for the victim.

Truth an it would take at least 2 seconds for the tailed beast to realize they are in genjutsu so itachi would get the full 72 hours off.

If you remember Sakura and chiyo free naruto from Itachi's genjutsu. SO if it took several seconds to free naruto.

you would need to post a scan which says that naruto knows about perfect jinchuriki being immune to genjutsu, as far as i remember he doesnt, no one has told him about it

the genjutsu is not casted on the bijuu but on the jin. so if naruto fell for tsukiyomi, only he would be sent to the tsukiyomi realm. kurama wouldnt be there with him, so he wouldnt feel the time difference
