well he could have passed it to sasuke, he passed powers the first time with his finger to sasukes forehead and the 2nd time it was with his whole forehead so that could be a giveaway but as of now it is unclear because sasuke shows no sign of having them.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the Totsuka blade was a physical blade enhanced by/created from chakra. I don't think the blade could become attached to a mass of chakra such as Susanoo - if it were, how could Itachi have acquired it?
