Honestly if Obito didn't have Kumi and once with Izanagi he would have died like 5 or more times by now, lets see Naruto's resengans, Konan's 10 minutes of explosives, Itachi's Ama seal, Tortune's nano bugs, 4th Hokage's Resangans, and not to mention the attacks in the war.
His Kumi has saved his life more than once, and Obito was just like Naruto on the team he was a goof ball, but wanted to protect his friends even though he would get beat up, and it took him longer than Itachi to graduate and move up in rank.
Therefor Itachi is in fact the stronger of the two.

Obito is the strongest Uchiha to ever live then Madara>Izuna >(EMS)Sasuke>Itachi=Shisui
out of all the uchihas, Obito has the largest arsenal.he is more like a cyborg(the combination of uchiha and senju) anyone disagreeing is a fanboy.
Only reason Madara is along side Obito as final villain is because madara is an EDO.

1- Madara (EMS+War experience, notably strongest ever to born in Uchiha)
2- Itachi/Izuna (Itachi* Never before seen genius in Uchiha, best MS user so far)
3- Izuna/Itachi (Izuna* War experience+MS, trained with Madara, fought Senjus several times)
4- Sasuke/Obito (Sasuke* EMS+Itachi's powers implanted)
5- Obito/Sasuke (Obito* MS, w/o 50% Senju body his body can't handle much and also w/o spiral zetsu he isn't bright much too)
But if anything goes, then it's,

You can't exclude someone because they were trained by someone strong every decent character had to have strong teachers we just don't know them all. Also we've only seen obito use mokuton once and I believe he still outclasses. itachi without the cells. BTW wasn't izuna said to be roughly equal to madara? sounds stronger to me. Now that I think about it the first sage son is supposed to be the strongest uchiha right?
Madara-itachi-obito-sasuke. Yall crazy, you do remember that madara awoken the rinnegan albiet when he was old. But every rinnegan user we've actually seen are using madara's actual ****ing eyes. As such the dude can probably counter any rinnegan jutsu if necessary
Secondy he was the greatest uchiha in history. Remarkable chakra reserves crazy techs and a fan thay absorb attacks??? And about the s/t ninjutsu. You remember that minato said. "He uses space time ninjutsu and was able to bypass konohas barrier. HE MUST BE MADARA." Meaning madara has space time ninjutsu too or at least had access to it (a lot of people have it and we find out when its relevant. Like the fourth's gaurds and hanzo looked like he had a crazy one). Wait hold the **** up and perfect sasano. Not mention he tutored obito...
Now I could put obito at 2 but the guy hasnt really done anything on his own that makes me feel he could deal with itachi's intelligence. Itacho was a genius never before seen in the uchiha and planned out everything even his death. He pretty much single handedly bear kabuto. Cause sasuke was just sitting there being emo. And he handled nagato like a straight boss. Obito would have to rely heavily on the rennigan and if you know about his intangiblity rule hes limited. I think itachi would have a strategy to ultimately get mr bring rin back into that eternal bliss orochimaru was enjoying.
Now stfu with this sasuke has surpassed itachi shit. Dont use their fight as an example cuz itachi planned all of that and sasuke is always remaking how itachi did this better or how he commanded sasano so well ( no ems) and sasuke hasnt faught anybody in itachi's league since... well noone he actually defeated. He has all the tools to def surpass and be much better then him but he hasnt mastered any of them yet. And hes stopped using his genius in exchange for rage filled revenge. you know i was wandering if you actually understood the story. Obito could only summon the Gedo mazou due to the Reningan's help( and that is pretty all he can explore about the Reninitgan) the personality Tobi was some how but Obito is and will remain a failure in every domain. Now let me deal with sasuke. if there is anything beyond failure, then it's sasuke. to begin with Itachi was using his own MS for uncountable moments before starting to go blind, but after two battles, sasuke was already destroying glasses. still in the battle against kabuto( even after taking EMS) he was disturbing Itachi not helping him.
If there is any uchiha stronger than Itachi, then its madara and that's because of his EMS and Reningan.
Obito and Sasuke are all failures. Obito can be manageable. But sasuke...Lets not talk about him.( it doesnt matter what power his EMS comes with, he is not worth talking about)
