Wow are you slow? There have been two posts that showed you what speed is. Speed is Distance over Time. It instantly makes any type of travel speed. Regardless of how fast it is. By your logic, light does not travel at any speed.

In terms of speed, Minato is the fastest Ninja to ever live that we know of. Obito is likely to be second, then Naruto(Or Vice-Versa). Any ninja that uses a S/T method to move around is instantly fast than any ninja who isn't, while they're using their technique. That's manga fact. Minato > Itachi in terms of speed(I'm not making this a vs thread). Then any ninja with a speed boost is faster than any ninja confined to their normal speed(which is shunshin speed). Itachi has no speed boost, Naruto does. Hence why Naruto > Itachi in terms of speed. As is Bee, and A. Also Gai and Lee in gates or Gai and Lee without gates. Itachi is not top 10 in terms of speed.

What you are forgetting is that it was BASE Bee, and Naruto only has super-speed when using BODY FLICKER.

Don't overrate Itachi, it's very annoying.
