Sasuke will be getting Itachi's Weapons and he is going after the 3rd sacred thing that is JEWEL...I feel that scroll is related to that it will have crazy power...
Sasuke will end up Good Guy
The Sacred weapons that Itachi had are created by the Juubi (Japanese Mythology)
This is based on two passages that was found in two Japanese stories that are linked to each other !
First lets remember the names of the Juubi in the Naruto Manga !

Amenomahitotsu no kami (Kogo shūi)
A kami of ironworking (kajishin). Kojiki states that as the blacksmith of the Plain of High Heaven, Amatsumara was called upon to refine the iron used for making mirrors, using the "hard rocks of heaven" and the "metal mountain of heaven" located above the "Tranquil River of Heaven" (Amenoyasukawa). Together with Ishikoridome, he was said to have assisted in the making of the mirror used to lure Amaterasu from her hiding place in the rock cave of heaven. The name Amatsumara means ma-ura ("eye divination"), which some believe means "one-eyed," a reference to an occupational hazard of blacksmiths.
Kogo shūi describes Amatsumara as a follower of Futodama; it also states that at the time of Amaterasu's hiding away in the rock cave of heaven, Amenomahitotsu no kami ("the one-eyed kami of heaven") was assigned to make metal weapons, and that during the reign of Emperor Sujin, the descendants of that kami were, together with the descendants of Ishikoridome, put in charge of recasting the divine mirror and sword.

Two of the three treasures (the jewel and sword, as well as the emperor's seal and the state seal) were last seen during the accession and enthronement of Emperor Akihito in 1989 and 1993, but were shrouded in packages.
According to legend, these treasures were brought by Ninigi-no-Mikoto, legendary ancestor of the Japanese imperial line, when his grandmother, the Sun Goddess Amaterasu, sent him to pacify Japan. Traditionally, they were a symbol of the emperor's divinity as a descendant of Amaterasu, confirming his legitimacy as paramount ruler of Japan.
According to legend, when Amaterasu hid in a cave from her brother Susanoo, thus plunging the world in darkness, the goddess Ame-no-Uzume hung the mirror and jewels outside the cave and lured her out of the cave
THE CONCLUSION
I think this already happened in a way with the brothers fight with Kabuto being the cave incident, Susanoo apologised and Amaterasu was bribed out of the cave with the promise of the scroll and knowledge and the world shall be saved because of thiss
