Itachi's PS is from a video game who has nothing to do with Manga or Canon.


Kishi designed for the game only, because he wanted to people play and have more options to characters in game

Naruto games didn't have any logic.

the manga is over.
The manga reached the end with Itachi using just a Regular Susanoo even in his Edo Tensei Form.
He doesn't have PS in Canon...

There's no context for why or how Itachi and Shisui have Perfect Susanoo in NSUNS4 yet, but as far as I can tell, there's no fathomable way their PS's can be canon. Yes, they were drawn by Kishi. For the game. There's no original material that even begins to imply that either of them actually possess Perfect Susanoo.

It's totally awesome that Itachi and Shisui will be able to use PS in the game, because who cares about the why and how when you're playing a game where Part 1 Hinata can KO JJ Madara? But treating that like it's an ability they actually canonically possess is just dumb.

Kishimoto did not. He just designed the perfect susanoo. The game developers are the ones who decided to give it to edo itachi.
