Each MS user has Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susano'o.

Everything else is unique to the user.
Examples:
- Itachi controlling time and space
- Sasuke having control over Amaterasu, and his crossbow
- Shisui having his all powerful genjutsu

No, not every MS gets Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Susanoo. Kakashi got Kamui. Shisui got Koto. People get different techniques.

Kamui is unique to Kakashi. He's not Uchiha, so he can't use the other techniques

Being a Uchiha doesn't mean anything. Every MS only gets 2 techs, and 1 after unlocking both. Shisui is a part of the Uchiha clan and he had Koto as an MS tech.

tobi said that it is rare to find one with susanoo. This was when sasuke wanted to fight danzo. And also it is written on the uchia stone tabs that the right eye uses tsukoyomi and the left amaterasu. So there for it would be right to sate that all ms has tsukoyomi and amaterasu but not Susano.

it would seem that way because madara would have displayed them by now but my take on it is that they all know about the other ms techs but can only access a different set for each person xd itachi's ms could have possibly been the only amaterasu one until he gave some to sasuke so it's definitely plausible

No it's not. Madara has Amaterasu as well. So does Sasuke, but that one is debatable because we don't know if Sasuke awoke it with his MS or if Itachi transferred it to him.

I remember that it was said that it is rare to be able to unlock Susano'o. That could be because of inheritance or skill. Although, if Madara shows his other MS techniques, then it will be more clear.

Because Itachi implanted Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu into Sasuke... Tobi tells Sasuke that. Itachi was suprised because Susanoo is supposed to be rare.
Cant you see that Kakashi and Shisui have different MS techniques? Obviously not every Sharingan has Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu.

This. Sasuke did not get Blaze Release as one of his MS abilities. He received Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.
