hi guys i'd like to know what was itachi's sickness due to ?
Was it because of this EMS ?
Is the same going to happen to sasuke ?

well, youve got one thing wrong. itachi didnt have EMS he had a regular MS. So no i dont think sasuke will get sick like itachi.

and besides, we never found out why itachi was sick, for all we know, he might have had cancer

Itachi didn't have ems and it's never explained what caused Itachi's illness. I don't believe it has anything to do with the MS though.
