We know that Itachi put his crow in Naruto's mouth ! BUT wasn't he Casting a genjutsu on Naruto ? Eventhough , the crow came out of Naruto's mouth in reality ! So can we consider that Itachi's Genjutsus can cause a Physical Harm ..?

No the crow thing happened in genjutsu world and real world, he litterally sent in flynig down lol, Thats how basic genjutsu works, while the person is disoriented, you can walk up to them and slice their necks or something , things actually happen outside the genjutsu you know lol ,

But yea tsukyoi is one of the only genjutsu's itachi has that the pain caused inside actually feels real(does not leave scars, just the feeling)

No it didn't the only person known to cause psychical injury with there genjutsu is Yakumo Kurama I'd put her in peer with Itachi in genjutsu or maybe above but to bad she's a filler character

My opinion on the crow is that it was a real physical thing which lay dormant inside naruto, much like the toad with naruto's fox sealing scroll lived inside naruto for some time.

Therefore i'm saying in my opinion the only "Genjutsu" if it was that was used to trigger the release of the crow upon seeing itachi's ms.

Tbh ive no idea.
He did put naruto in a genjutsu and in that genjutsu the crow entered his mouth. But going by the principles of how to cancel genjutsu, that crow shouldve been cancelled out a long time ago. Unless itachi's genjutsu cannot be cancelled even in death xd.
