Itachi's from another clan he genjutsued the world

Itachi isn't from the Uchiha clan. He Tsukuyomi'd the world to think he is from there but in reality he is from a whole different clan.
Why else does he have those lines on his face?
I think the clans symbol are those lines on everyones face. They have strong Jutsus and are Genjutsu master -> thats why Itachi made everyone believe that hes from uchiha clan
