Sasuke has itachi's eyes...

I don't think he could unlock EMS just from the normal sharingan he had. The only way he could have achieved EMS was if he had killed naruto beforehand.

Tobi didnt take the eyes because u can only get the eternal ms by taking the eyes from a sibling. The reason sasuke didnt take them was because itachi had transferred all his eye powers (incluing ms) to sasuke right b4 he died (maybe making his (itachi's) eyes useless.

No. Madara has already ems. And Itachi did not transfer each jutsu to Sasuke.

Madara/Tobi as saved itachi's body and eyes atlest the eye's because he asked sasuke if wanted to transplat itachi's eye's. so he must have saved them
