If every Ms technique costs > 30% Chakra for Itachi , and Itachi used 4 -5 Ms abilities in his fight with Sasuke , that Means my boy has >120% Chakra

When Kishimoto writes a fight, Itachi isn't bounded by logic.

However, an explanation is that the MS jutsus require at least 20% of Itachi's chakra, which is what allowed Itachi to use 5 MS jutsus and a couple low-rank jutsus against Sasuke.

So if the Shouten Clone used an MS jutsu then it would had been almost out of chakra, would had only taken out maybe 1 person and then being so low on chakra it would be exhausted and be unable to slow down the others from reaching Gaara.

This is as logical as Muu who can't use a single Jinton technique while at 50% of his Chara due to body division, though he can use more than one Jinton technique at 100%. I guess it's not a matter of how much Chakra one technique costs but is depended by other means.
