I don't know if the op is the plan to beat obito but I know itachi can beat obito, obito wouldn't have feared itachi if itachi couldn't beat him.

I think all itachi needs to do is work with clones or maybe genjutsu to incapacitate obito after baiting him with the clones.

Kamui is not a complex jutsu at all. It's an effective jutsu since few shinobi can use space time jutsu but great strategy beats kamui every time. Torune and Fu did quite well despite obito playing with them, what I mean is up until that point obito was completely untouchable but we saw consecutive attacks overwhelm obito's ability to kamui, we later saw this same strategy perfected by konan, she bested kamui but didn't take into account other jutsu, and after that we saw kakashi and naruto with the same strategy. Itachi has studied everyone he has been around especially obito, people think the warp is instant but it clearly isn't, and can be disrupted and countered. Itachi can use his crows for bombs and send them at obito making him phase out and while he is doing so itachi charges at him and reaches him but keeps 1 bomb with him as he reaches obito, obito will go for the warp but as soon as he does so the bomb explodes and itachi activates susano which activates at the speed of thought which can be the fastest reaction or the slowest depending on the person but we already saw itachi activate susano against a nigh instant jutsu kirin so he would escape the damage of the bomb but obito is hit, now it might not be that much damage but a bomb to the face would stun obito especially since he can't believe he got hit and itachi then strikes with totsuka. Edo Itachi is a different story, edo itachi is above obito and cannot be beaten by obito because itachi can just keep susano active to avoid being sucked up. Now if this was a battle of itachi vs obito instead of itachi vs kamui then Itachi would win due to genjutsu.

Genjutsu is a nonfactor, both are pros are at it and both are aware that they are both genjutsu masters.
Obito can also most likely break Tsukuyomi, not that he would get caught in the first place.
