I dont think he had specifically high levels, i think its just good chakra control

Any MS user has to have high chakra reserves. At least higher than normal. Common sense

Are you serious? Are you really serious?

Check the databooks buddy. His stamina level is 2.5, so I was actually being generous in saying he has as much as Kakashi. Anyway like I said he simply has great chakra control, which lets him utilize higher level jutsu without using a significant amount of chakra.

Or did you miss where that was explained in Naruto by Ebisu?
