last I can recall he only had his blade when he but off Orochimarus hand, But could have had it when he was introduced to Kisame. Other than his sword he only took his ANBU armor. Or its all at the huge hideout of the Uchiha somewhere where they battle.

I can see how it was right before/after he walks in to the hall/temple with Negatos *path of pain that was Yahiko), or Yahiko , Kisame ,Orochimaru, and Puppet Sasori, and after the murders of his clans men.
